I’ll love this ice creams, but I don’t like , that when you ask to add toppings they don’t give you “ spoonful “ I ask for gummy bears and they just give me 2 gummy bears and when I ask for more the lady said they can’t give you more !!They need a better

i visited marble slab today at airdrie so i was here to go with my review on female employee she was very kind nd polite with me nd i checked the recent review of a laddy @hannah mallory she was talking about bday so i wnna tell you my experience on my bday at airdrie marble slab the all staff is so polite nd on that day female lady ask me about my id nd the mail i received from marble slab so i can be sure to give u ice cream nd i showed my id with mail nd she give me free ice cream nd while leaving she also wish me happy bday and at last that ice cream was to taste nd made my day

I am absolutely disappointed in the experience I had at this Marble Slab location in Airdrie. I had entered the establishment today, February 27th 2024 and asked the female worker about Marble Slab's birthday rewards as it is my birthday today and I had downloaded the Marble Slab app (see photo) the app had a birthday coupon available to me to use. The worker rudely informed me that "you need a corporate email AND identification" I asked why I needed the email as I already had the app with the reward on it. She stated that "because I downloaded the app, it needs 24 hours so you will get it on your next birthday." As I understand needing security to ensure it is actually my birthday I cannot understand why the employee did not offer to call a manager or to even view my I.D. (see photo) it is legitimately my birthday today and I was told I cannot redeem my birthday offer because I did not receive an email in enough time... ?I really hope other Marble Slab establishments can take this review as a serious learning opportunity, there are things companies can do to create wonderful experiences for customers. Please learn from this store and do not make offers you cannot keep.

Every time I goto airdrie location with my family we get nice service with smile. Unfortunately it was a different scenario today on Mother’s Day.Old lady (also saw her at crossiron mall) was extremely rude and yelled on us when asking for toppings.We experienced her rudeness and stupidity at crossiron mall as well like 2 months ago and we never went to crossiron mall Marbleslab store after that.We will never go back to the Airdrie store again if that rude lady is there again.She would loose business with her attitude in both locations for sure.
