This McDonald's store is the slowest I've ever experienced. Additionally, you'll never receive your coffee customized as ordered, and ordering a chocolate drink results in a messy cup.

Orders always wrong, McDouble is two Patties with cheese and ketchup. If you order skip at least double the eta of the delivery. Terrible.

The manager/ supervisor working there on Saturday, March 9th at 6:05pm is incredibly rude. Apparently McDonald's does not have change for a $50 bill.It is still understandable to not have change but to be rude about it when you work in customer service is unacceptable. With some like that in charge no wonder this location has such a low rating.

Ordered 1 item on kiosk. Kiosk did not print out receipt. Waited 10 minutes, then was told they had to add ingredients to machine so it would be another 10 minutes. Said I already waited 10 minutes I’m not waiting another 10 minutes , I want a refund and she walked away. Thought she was going to get a supervisor. No, she reappeared 10 minutes later with my item. I took it and left. Got home and couldn’t even drink item, the machine wasn’t given time to mix properly. Tasted horrible! Every time I enter this establishment I have had issues. Other patrons in lobby were having issues with kiosks not working, lost orders and wait times.

Good drive-thru efficiency. Not as busy as Yankee Valley or Edmonton Trail locations, so never a line, but some menu items take longer to prepare.

What service ? Staff so confused, no processes in place that they can't even manage a simple one person order. Got tired of watching teenagers flirt and run around, many of them staff that weren't on shift. Embarrassing for Airdrie. Time for a change in management at this location. Not improving.

I just had to leave today without receiving my food. The biggest problem was staff who weren’t working running around distracting those who were. Drive thru was backed up and I was in the store waiting for my food. Which they could not manage to deliver. This is the second time this has happened. Young staff flirting and running around acting like fools while customers are waiting …. Pathetic. The manager was there the whole time. Doing nothing.

This place has gone from good to disaster in the past year or so. Why McDonalds hasn't fired the store manager and put in someone competent, I'm not sure. This is the most consistent store for sure, consistently bad service, orders are consistently incorrect, and consistently handing out old/cold food. They'd be better off closing for a month, cleaning the pit, putting in a manager that knows how to manage and retraining the staff. The staff aren't all bad, but when they're not properly trained and no one is really running the show, what do you expect.
