Ordered the WINGS and was completely disappointed. They where nothing like they show on your commercial, they were small. The six wings in an oversized container was very disappointingI will return for your chicken but never again for the wings.
Horrible service!!! Went through drive thru, discussed with the employee getting fries and gravy, and asked if the gravy would be enough for the fries, he said yes. Got home and no fries only gravy. Phoned and talked to the same guy, said to him I didn't get fries only gravy. What good is gravy without fries. He told me it wasn't on my order. I said I even discussed with you having fries and gravy, why not included the fries. Needs to pay attention. After 5 mins on hold he said I could come back go through drive thru and get fries, no charge - very inconvenient. I came back talked to a different lady at drive thru, told her the story,. I saw her get a paperbag and a small fry bag , she filled abit of fries in the fry bag, then into the paper bag and then she got more fries in the scoop and threw loosely in the bottom of the paper bag. Very disappointed with all the employees I talked to. This place needs better customer service.
Order an original chicken sandwich combo. It was just as expected..delicious!

Honestly the food and service quality has gone down hill over the past couple years to the point I don't think I will be going much more. The chicken strips used to be hot, big, juicy, and delicious but now they are cold, small, shriveled, and sad! The fries used to be crispy and warm and are now cold and soggy, still good flavour on the fries but I think that comes on them frozen....sooo that's awkward....hope y'all start doing better!

Ordered take-out. Got home in less than 10 minutes and found the coleslaw was spoiled. There was something in the mashed potatoes that I picked out. Couldn't tell what it was. This place is not maintaining hygienic standards. Won't be returning. Can't risk it.
