Great location but the hours are brutal, they close too earlier almost like Covid hours lol. I’m used to Starbucks being open till 9pm or 930pmHowever staff are friendly so far and it’s very clean

If I could give zero stars on this location I would. My wife and I have been here only a few times as we are new from out of Province. The staff here are not friendly and they mess up our order all the time. And while standing right there we try to correct them but we are met with terrible customer service and are forced to take the $10 drinks that aren't what we ordered. We leave highly disappointed every time. Speaking with the manager is useless. The manager told my wife, 'maybe you'll have better luck at a different location in airdrie'. Are you kidding me? How in the world did you ever become a manager of anything?This is a terrible location compared to the service we have in our home province. We were regulars at our neighborhood Starbucks and spent a whole lot of money there every week. We are not unreasonable people to get along with. But I will not tolerate being told off by a 20 something barista while spending outrageous amounts of money for something I didn't order. Customer service is everything. When I spend as much money as I do here, I definitely want our drinks made correctly.

Rude girl in the window today!!! Feb 29 @5pm. Asked for a venti breve cappuccino in the drive thru and she gave us a grande. We said that we asked for venti. She took it back and when she came back with the venti we said “thank you” she said nothing and closed the window in our face….customer service is taking a huge hit today!!! Totally unfriendly service. Rude rude rude! She had short hair and glasses, have never seen her here before.

Had to wait 45 minutes for a coffee on two separate occasions. I was told the "mobile order" is a different queue than the drive-thru so the wait time is that long. Not a bad location but they can't handle peak times at all. 45 minutes for a coffee is absurd.

We order starbucks thru door dash all the time. Small baby = no sleep = starbucks deliveries. Everything is always on point!!!. And love the messages from the employees.

I love this Starbucks but I have to share an honest experience that my friend and I had with a few of the baristas here last night. We walked in at 6:55 not knowing that they closed in 5 minutes. The barista (I saw her name was Raine) didn’t even say hi but said rudely, “close in 1 minute”. She didn’t make eye contact or anything and I asked her if we could still order, she said yep. Then she proceeded to push the middle button on her headset to talk to her coworkers about us and rolled her eyes while she said that there was one more drink for them to make. My friend ordered a drink and I was going to but her rude attitude brought down the atmosphere of the store and this definitely isn’t the friendly Starbucks I go to most days in the morning so I didn’t order one. I used to work for Starbucks and I know that anyone who comes in should be happily welcomed. I could tell her bad attitude rubbed off on the barista who made our drink and I just don’t think this is the type of partner you want creating your atmosphere. I’m not writing this to complain but just to hold people responsible as they are being paid to do a job and I don’t want the place I enjoy coming to for a break to treat my friend and I like inconveniences. Otherwise I love the staff in the morning, they are always happy and welcoming and I love going here. Definitely my favourite Starbucks in Airdrie.
I usually go through the drive thru here pretty often during my lunch breaks at work and I am never disappointed by the service here. I’ve been going to this location for years and out of all the Airdrie locations it is definitely my favourite. The staff are very friendly! I went during a bit of a rush and despite them rushing they were still very attentive and polite. Thank you Kody for the good service :)!
