Since moving to Airdrie couple of years ago, this location has been my staple go to for Basil fried rice. The quality has deteriorated over the years. However, still kept ordering but today's fried rice was so worse. The cross iron mills food court has kept up with consistency and is so good everytime. I would rather eat it there from next time. Not going back to this location again.

I gave this place a 5 star rating about a year or so ago. Since they have new cooks and staff there and not sure it's new owners as well but the food is terrible there now. I have tried it a few times now to give it a chance and every time it's disgusting. This used to be one of our go to places to eat. I will visit another Thai Express location but not this one, they have ruined the dishes there now don't taste good at all.

Somehow portions got smaller and prices increased. Been ordering at this location semi regularly and it just isn't the same anymore. Worst part is that food tastes bland and dry. Not coming back until management changes.

I have been going to this location in Airdrie since opened but today I was not impressed due to I have been ordering & take out usually but today Jan 14 , the money I have paid was not worth it because I used to get a taller box take out but today as shown on the picture, it’s is smaller than the usual ? and new cook/employee and she said she don’t know and just tell the owner ?? but not happy today for the price I have paid and hopefully she have cooked good ?

Food from Thai Express used to be great value for money, but not any more. Prices have gone up, while quantity and quality have taken a nosedive! The last tamarind rice I ordered was so salty, I could barely eat it. And oh, their rewards/loyalty program is a complete sham. They intentionally frustrate you until you give up trying to claim your rewards. They've certainly taken a nosedive to the bottom of my list of go-to places and would be completely off in the next week or so. I liked Tuk-Tuk Thai, I just hated their takeout box. Think I'll return there.

I will be ? honest. I came through around 3pm. There is a strong smell of grease when i walked in both times. Old grease but not sure it was slow. I was worried to try, but it's close to home. Saturday evening the rush passed and OMG the food was pretty damn good! Did not disappoint at all! 3 portions will last 2 days lol! The servers were so helpful. Super cute too hehe! Thank you!!!Kid-friendliness: Fantastic.
Nice clean location and the food is on par with the other Thai Express locations. Staff are very nice and friendly too. Parking lot is a little small but the restaurant itself isn't lacking space and has quite a few tables.
