The food was alright. What you could expect from Wendy’s. The issue is the staff. The lady taking my order was down right rude, didn't put in my kids order which I ordered before my own stuff. When I asked where it was I was called a liar. Everyone in the kitchen seemed to hate life accept the younger fella working at the front. Definitely will never be back.

Like always they forgot to give us half our meal , we went back for the rest of our meal only to find when we got home the toppings on our burgers werent there. My fry box was half empty . The nuggets were hard and dry… waste of money and time going here to

Everytime I get a baked potato I ask for sour cream and every time I don't get it this is ridiculous I pay for the sour cream and still don't get it and then often times have to go back in just for something I order and don't get just once I'd love to order and get what I ordered

My elderly parents went to dine in and did not get any service so they walked out and ate elsewhere. Parents are mid 70’s they stood at the counter for ten minutes waiting to be served. Employees were minimum 5-6 one at the fries one on the grill and 3 at the drive thru. One couple were waiting for their food at the counter my parents waiting to be served and the skip the dishes driver who came in after my parents and was served right away. One employee made eye contact with my parents and told the others to serve them and they just looked over and continued to ignore them. My parents went to eat somewhere else. Then when my husband called to speak to a manager about the treatment and service they received he was hung up on. Another phone call to them and they said they were short staffed???? Asked for their store number as we were going to contact corporate office and were hung up on again FYI STORE #6847DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE RUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Don’t know why we ever bother going here. Burgers are always squished and barely together in their wrap. Drive thru orders are never accurate.

Showed up at 7:45am. Doors were locked. Asked the drive thru what time the dining room was open. Reply was 7:30. So they came and opened the door late. Next I ordered my food with the manager. I’m the only one in the dining room. She serves me cold wedges. I then told her I want hot ones. She then forcefully threw the old ones out and told me to have a seat she would bring out new ones. The proceed to give me my breakfast. I then attempted to take a couple of ketchup pkg’s from in front of me on on the counter. I was once again belittle and told to not take from the counter , but yo use the side ones. Like what the difference. I then sat down a started to eat , my breakfast. Well the sausage was warm , egg was cold, not even the slightest been hot or fresh. The 2nd part of my breakfast was also warm , but the bacon was burnt to a crisp. I threw both the burger and wrap out. The best part was she , the manager , came and gave me a box of 1/2 hot wedges. Poor, good, poor service. I will not go back or recommend. This manager needs some customer service training.

Regular here as it's close to work.Yesterday my coworker ordered a baconator double and was charged as such. We got to the job site and had lunch, only to find out he got a JBC. no big deal, the next day I'm sure they'll sort it out and make it right, we are here all the time.We both ordered our regular stuff, he mentioned the incident yesterday and was told there is nothing they can do to fix it.I appealed at the counter for someone to help make it right, they again refused.There is more than 1 fast food chain in town, I don't need to deal with this one. Business lost, I'll spread the word to our crew that if they even bother to come back here, double check your food at the counter so you don't get ripped off, because they won't help you later, even if you're a regular.

Service was terrible. Rushed through ordering and paying and banged our truck mirror with the debit machine as they weren’t paying attention and just sticking it out the window before we got there. Definitely wouldn’t go back.
