Your cashier Ninia was so rude. Please teach her how to deal with customers politely. My husband ordered thru drive thru awhile ago, but he forgot to order 1 item so he went back to the store to order again, but this cashier was so lack of manners she was badmouthing my husband and keep blabbering. If she don't like to sell tell her to just stay at home. She's not good with her work.

As a very regular customer I am disappointed. This place has gone down hill. First of all, are you ever going to fix the ice cream machine? It’s been a long time. The burgers were warm and the onion rings must be thrown on the grill to reheat because they’re black on one side? Doesn’t matter, they’re barely warm anyway. This was at noon on a Friday so no excuse for not getting fresh made rather than pre-made food. Btw , 2 people asked about shakes/floats while I was waiting. Either remove it and put in the new A&W drink/coffee menu or fix it .

Did not have all the regular menu options when I dined there, takes coupons while all other A&Ws in the city explicitly state coupons are repeat use during the promotion period, staff is not particularly pleasant or helpful. Easily the most inconsistent and disappointing franchise site I've been to. Just go to Okotoks
