When deciding where to eat for our anniversary dinner Bluebird’s menu stood out with their meat selection. The prime rib was the best I’ve ever had, it was perfectly cooked and seasoned with a delicious horseradish crème. Our Yorkshire puddings were slightly overcooked and on the crispy side but still delicious.I have to recommend the cheesy mashed potatoes, a balance of delicious cheese and potato was a perfect combination with the prime rib.My one critique was that the knives supplied with our prime rib seemed to be pretty dull and hard to cut with. This was not something we mentioned to our server and it was not a big deal just something both my partner and I noticed.I want to thank Claire for the amazing service and recommendation of the key lime pie. I’m not generally a big fan of key lime pie as they’re usually a little heavy on the lime and too sweet but this one was amazing.

Unfortunately, besides the nice service and great atmosphere, the food didn’t even come close to expectations, ordered a rare tenderloin steak, got a well done one, send it back… got a medium ribeye instead of tenderloin, but I sucked it up and ate about a third of that just to save everyone else the embarrassment. Over all, a below average experience. I have to say, appetizers were delicious, sides were phenomenal, my wife loved her food but I didn’t really get what I wanted

Great atmosphere. My wife had the French onion soup as an appetizer and said it was amazing. I had the truffled hashbrowns and they were delicious. For entrees, we had the chicken with cheesy mashed and the ribeye. My wife said the chicken was cooked perfectly and the mushroom sauce was good. I liked the ribeye but it could have used more flavor. For dessert, we had a delicious brownie sundae!

Was able to do walk in for brunch twice (group of 4 on a weekday). Service is great - friendly and food wait time was moderate.Love the aesthetic - gives a mix of vintage and modern vibes. All dishes that were filling. My favorite were their version of hash browns, they were extra crunchy which is right up my alley. My friend enjoyed their oatmeal, she even considered ordering it again on our second visit. But we both ended up ordering their pancakes, which came out quite fluffy and not too sweet (which we like!).We also ordered a side of fruits which was a nice touch with the pancakes.Would recommend!
