This is a wonderful restaurant to have dinner or lunch. Me and my aunt had the chicken fettuccine alfredo and the Canadian prime sirloin. It was absolutely delicious. Our waitress named Wrill (hopefully the correct spelling) was very sweet and kind. 100% recommend coming here if you're looking for a good place to eat.

Horrible service. Ron is so rude and disrespectful! Dont go here- lots of great options in Banff besides this one.

We went to have a special Women’s Day lunch and were completely disappointed with the service (or lack there of) we had a small baby who cries a lot and needs to be rocked in her stroller, they were SOOO rude and not accommodating. Kept staring at us from across the restaurant and talking amongst each other. It made us so uncomfortable we got up and left. Ron- you completely ruined our day and made us all BEYOND uncomfortable. I can understand if we came during a busy rush hour but we specifically came during a slower time. Shame on you guys! So disappointing. If youre going with kids- dont. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Not worth leaving them any money.

My husband worked here 33 years ago, so we came for nostalgic reasons. The atmosphere and staff were every bit as great as they were all those years ago. Our visit here did not disappoint. The servers we had were charismatic, friendly, and accommodating. We mostly visited during happy hour. I tasted a few cocktails while my husband particularly enjoyed their take on an Old Fashioned. My favourite was the dry ribs. However, the crispy chicken lettuce wraps were very flavourful, too. The spinach and artichoke dip was also eaten to the last scoop. Everything was very good, to say the least, and I highly recommend.Thank you for the fantastic drinks, great food, and wonderful service. No doubt we will be back again in the future.

Came here on happy hour and it was very dimly lit lights which hurt the eyes a little bit. Ordered the happy hour 6oz steak fritz and paid $24. Majority of the dish was fries. I ordered my steak medium rare and it wasn’t bad at the beginning but then as soon as I got closer to the middle it started to become more like a raw steak than anything. I brought this up to the waiter and the gentleman said “okay, but you ate half of your steak” no apology for the rawness of a medium rare steak. Keep in mind it’s a 6oz, so all of my chopped up bits made up for the other half of the steak. Needless to say I won’t come back to this location as there was no apology for the order not being made right and nothing was really done about it.

Visited here with my hubby and we got steak frites happy hour. The atmosphere is very dim and unwelcoming. My hubby’s steak was raw and mind you we got a 6 oz and we showed the server about the steak and his response was “you ate majority of the steak”, it’s a tiny sized steak, half of it was raw so obviously the other half was eaten. I don’t recommend this location. Bad service and bad food.

Lots of tasty options with a page dedicated to plant based food. Including crispy tofu sushi tacos (you only get three so we ordered two portions) and angry sauce tofu lettuce wraps. We also had the pizza with mushrooms and crispy kale which was delicious. Friendly staff here and they also helped out a family member of ours with some serious dietary requirements.

Disappointed with this Earls location. Tuna sushi tacos were bare, and the clam chowder soup was literally half of a small bowl. Not worth the price. We were here during happy hour but they did not apply happy hour prices because we were sat upstairs. The waitress was doing her best but obviously overwhelmed with the number of tables she had and we waited a while for service and bills. Avoid this location, other better restaurants in Banff.

Usually when you come to earls you know what you’re getting so food and atmosphere are kind of irrelevant here. Service however I have something to say about. We were a table of fine dining service industry veterans. Our server Nathan (welsh man with a shaved head) was fab. We were a little indecisive about our orders initially and the bills could have been complicated but he sorted it all no problem. Really lovely, pleasant lad. Definitely worth investing in this guy, he’s got lots of potential! Hope you see this mate! You’re great!
