After a really long day hiking my partner and I went to The Eddie’s burger and bar to grab some drinks and burgers. It’s a small cozy spot to eat, the stay are so helpful and very friendly. Very welcoming. I got The Malibu Club burger with fried pickles and my partner got The Rocky Mountain burger with sweet potato fries. Man was it ever good! Probably the best burgers we had ever had. It’s a bit pricey but well worth it! Definitely would recommend and will come back again!

“Love the food. Never dissappoints!”Here to change my review from 2022. I used to eat at this place every time I was in Banff. And had great experience previously. However, the quality of the food is not the same anymore. The classic burger was as good as A&W and even the fries downgraded to frozen ones.Rocky mountain sandwich was also no better.

Good burgers overall. Mine was overcooked and crispy(?). Eddie Double Mac tasted just like a Big Mac with bacon, as advertised by the name. Fries were skinny crinkle cut frozen fries. Surprised not fresh cut for that price! Hot sauce was an extra $2 (really?!?). Crowded, cramped, loud music. Good for a burger joint, staff are friendly, service was pretty quick! Will try somewhere else the next time.
I was told by a few people to check out this place, I came away with mixed feelings. I had the Eddie Classic with a Caesar salad, it is an alright burger, but does not meet the hype or quality I'd expect at this price point and the salad was a salad, nothing special there - other than they put it in a very small bowl which is a disaster trying to get the lettuce out without making a mess. Over all I give it a "Meh", maybe it was just not for me.

Will go again.Stopped buying looking for a happy hour. They didn’t offer a special until late but we still ordered drinks and poutine. Service was perfect. As soon as we set our menus down the bartender was there to take our order. The poutine was well poutine. I got my fix. I’ll be back for a burger.
