The server was very rude, he Judge us seems like, the other lady was super talkative and nice to her table. While we walked out we said thank you, he said nothing in response while the girl responded. He started talking in his language which was very disrespectful and rude. He ruined our night. Horrible service

Our Server was the best part! I wish I would have grabbed her name but she was from South Africa and was working in evening on April 13 (name starts with a P?). She is a gem and I hope they know the value she brings to their business. The food was tasty and portions were great! The ONLY downside is that for an Italian restaurant, I was disappointed in the pasta selections (few). Most had seafood (no spaghetti bolognese, only Alfredo was with penne, no veal, no Caesar salad, caprese). What we did have was very good but they could definitely add to their menu selection.

This was a solo trip. I had the beet and squash salad, and the Rosellini al Fungi. Both were amazing, so flavourful!”. And the service was superb! I’m sorry I didn’t register the name of my waiter, but he was so attentive and had a wonderful sense of humour - as he took my very polished-off salad plate he said “I’ll have to speak to the chef, because apparently it wasn’t very good”. Thank you very much for a great experience.

Everything was wonderful. Starting with the table we were sat at Then an exceptional waiter IBEN took our order. His service and personality made our night. Then of course the food was superb.
This was easily the highlight of our trip to Banff. Service was very attentive. Our server immediately acknowledged there was a birthday marked on our reservation. She discreetly asked me for the first name of my husband (his birthday) and she had his name written in chocolate on his birthday dessert. It's the little things like these that made our dining experience so delightful. Our dishes were beautifully presented, so appetizing. I loved the white tablecloth and candle centerpiece. The atrium that we were seated in was lovely and romantic. We'll be back for sure!

Our wonderful waitress, Pilar was outstanding. She gave us absolutely amazing wine options and food suggestions. Her elegant mannerisms made our dinner spectacular. We loved every minute of our dinning experience.

Wonderful evening, with lovely food and our server Ibon kept the atmosphere pleasant and friendly all evening. Quite reasonably priced relative to other places in Banff serving comparable quality of food as well.

Opens late so that's a huge bonus. Great alcohol selection. Great atmosphere for a quiet dinner and will also accommodate children. Highly recommended. We has the Rosilini but it was too dark to get a good photo.

Overall good. The food was good, smaller dishes size but overall good. We Had the chicken and shrimp and scallops risotto. I recommend both of them. Bread comes but if you like more it will cost you. It's nice and comfortable

Our waiter“Ibon” was excellent and entertaining- he made the night so special. Great food, the service was magnificent and nice ambiance. I had the rosellini al funghi, and it was spectacular. My husband had the risotto gamberi e capesante, which was also wonderful. We will be back upon our next visit!
Came here for a late dinner made a reservation for 8:45pm, was seated right away. Service was a bit on the slow side but couldn't complain as Ibon our waiter did a phenomenal job at attending us. Would recommended and the food was exceptional.
