The BEST caesar salad and Mountaineer Marg drink I’ve ever had! & the Prime Rib dinner was incredible!! Highly, highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in Banff! Omg, I’d even wait for a table for this place if it’s busy! Sooo worth it!

The food was outstanding, the service was friendly but slow, maybe under staffed for such a busy night. The maple rye was amazing, sweet but delicious. The pasta was full of flavour, and a good amount of spice.

Great food and drinks! We had the ribs and the rotisserie chicken sandwich, with the smoked s'more and old fashioned ice cream for dessert. The s'more was average, everything else was fantastic. Really cool atmosphere and our waiter was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

On Dec 22nd 2023, a day before our wedding in Banff on a Friday, we had invited our immediate families out to a dinner to get to know each other better. It's incredibly difficult to find somewhere in Banff that books for 17 people without it being a private room or set menu or restricted hours of service- which are horrible for families - (mostly because 80% of the restaurants in Banff, including the distillery, are owned by a parent company with the same set of rules), but we found one independent restaurant (will rename unnamed) that said they could accommodate our large party for dinner and we booked via email MONTHS ahead of time. Everyone was from out of town, some from out of the country first time visiting Canada from Europe, and we wanted it to be a seamless experience.We show up to said restaurant to find out they booked us on separate tables. Long story short it was now 7:15 PM with everyone on the way and we were scrambling to find somewhere else on a Friday. I called the distillery on a long shot and they immediately said they would accommodate us on 2 large tables on different levels (better than the previous arrangement). We headed over, were sat and served drinks, then another table got freed up next to the first one and they accommodated us AGAIN and moved us so we were all together.To say they saved the night is a MAJOR understatement. On top of that, our servers dealt with a giant group with 4 kids on no notice with such grace, and the service was still nothing short of impeccable. I left them a giant tip but they still deserved more.
The half rotisserie chicken with curly truffle fries was phenomenal. A must try while visiting Banff.

Very good food and good gin as well. As a suggestion to the restaurant I would recommend installing a space heater near the entrance on cold days as I could tell some of the guests seated near there were getting cold and had to put on their jackets. Other than that, service was great too. Would come back again for sure.

We enjoyed our food and drinks, but found the prices to be very expensive! Almost $100 for 2 people for a lunch. We also found the service leaving a lot to be desired, specifically quite a long wait for drinks. The inside is decorated very cute and it has a nice vibe!

A must at BANFF! We visited the place during a convention for work and everything is WOW. The visit, the staff, the products! The delivery service is also very efficient. In order to respect the weight of the luggage, I ordered 4 bottles via the website directly with the employee on site. Everything arrived intact in very secure and purpose-designed packaging.I highly recommend! A next order of “Chili Vodka” to be expected very soon!
