The barista was very nice and the coffee was amazing. She knew I had a little of a rough morning so she made sure I loved my cup.

A lovely little coffee shop tucked away from the main high street, with a small selection of wraps, muffins and other sweet bites. The friendly of the team, their knowledge of their products, and the serenity of the place was very welcomed.A lovely spot to hide away from the masses to enjoy a coffee, a light snack and read.

The barista is very attentive and she can work under pressure. She is practicing her latte art but that's only secondary for me. The creaminess and taste of my latte are more important. Kudos and great job.

Coffee was awful. Staff were rude. They got our order wrong and we were greeted with a rude barista. They then proceeded to give us our order wrong again. Wont go

They are literally never open when I go, long term resident of Banff open 20% of the time when I go during “business hours” owner should just close the shop down.

This place has great (and reasonable) cookies and can be taken as packaged in groups of three but if you are going to eat tthem directly, you can buy them singly. The coffee is good too. They also had grilled cheese sandwiches but they were not as successful as the sandwiches were not crisp although hot. Our favourite were the oatmeal and raisin , but the molasses cookies were good too. We brought cookies to go and ate them in various locations . Ziplock bags would help as the paper bags tend to bleed a bit.

If you’re passionate about coffee, this isn’t the place to go. I should have taken note of the warning signs before ordering. The beans are very dark roast (black and oily) and staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. The espresso extraction was far too quick and therefore poorly tasting. If you’re looking for good coffee, there’s a bakery close by that hit the spot.

Unfortunately my experience here was not too great. First, I have to mention that the service was good. The employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee, on the other hand, seems to be subpar. I ordered an iced white mocha and it primarily tasted like whole milk. My wife ordered a vanilla bean latte, but it did not taste too great either. The lack of customization to the coffee drinks is unfortunate. The shop was clean, however. I would not recommend this place to friends or family.

I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk after 10 min she asked me if it is okay to make a normal cappuccino since she did not succeed. I agreed but also the normal cappuccino was extremely hot. There are better places in town to get a good

This is the first cafe where I was disappointed at the same time as ordering. The employee who was taking the order is not even done with my order, but she talk to another employee.Another employee asked her, because he didn't know the recipe. (Isn't it usually right to leave the colleague waiting and answer the colleague after finishing the order?)
