After receiving zero service at hello sunshine, we walked over here for a pleasant surprise! Service was friendly, food was tasty and came quick, and it was relatively quiet when we dined. Would return.

I love this place I have been coming here for 18 years it is my favourite sushi in Banff. Please do yourself a favour and try their spinach gomaae and their Agedashi tofu they are my favourites.Also their tempura is the best I have had you can’t really go wrong with anything from the menu I will always get a different selection of rolls as there are so many to choose from and are all delicious. But I will always get the three items mentioned above each time I go.So much love for Sushi bistroVegetarian options: Spinach gomaae is and amazing vegetarian option that has so much flavour.
