My meal was okay, but I cannot give more than one star as the floors were breaking and cracking beneath me in this restaurant. It felt as if a sink hole might open up. There was a rather intense noise of rock grinding beneath us. The employees paid it no mind, but I felt very unsafe. Onion rings are great.

I was here last week when my normally fully pottytrained 3 year old had diarrhea in her pants (nothing to do with the food here, we literally just finished placing our order!) I whisked my daughter to the bathroom and sat her on the toilet so she could finish. I had a change of clothes for her but they were all the way in my car and it was just me and her. The staff clued in on what was going on, and a female employee agreed to stand on guard outside of my daughter's cubicle while I went out to get her clothes. They also gave me a garbage bag to carry old clothes in when I didn't even ask for one.They have been constantly friendly and helpful, the restaurant is always tidy and the food always good, and they just make this location a pleasant place to visit.

I love this A&W. I've bragged about how amazing it is compared to many others to my friends for years. However... it changed. In the past month the Onion Rings are served with no spice and the burgers are bland and lacking condiments. If this is a new cook, he needs training. I've tried 3 times hoping that each meal before was jusr a lacking one off and sadly all 3 times have been a disappointment. Please get back to what you were. This isn't what people have grown to love.

I visited here a number of times and every time I got be try good meal. Ordered the food at front desk and got confused, however, the staff helped me in a quite good manner to choose the food. Everybody is very polite and helpful here. They serve fresh food also. Their service is very quick as well. I would love to visit here every time whenever I want to eat outside.

Friendly and very professional staff. The building looks much better than it did a few years back thanks to some upgrades. The food is good and the service is fast, as well as a good attention to detail keeps the place very clean. One of my favourite places to sit in and eat at in town.

I don’t live too far away and every time I come, I am always beyond pleased. The food tastes great and comes out quick, despite if it’s busy or not. You can tell this location cares about its property, store, and staff, which is MORE than important for the proper running of a restaurant. Everyone is smiling, it’s clean, and smells good, and they take care of the washrooms too, which is often overlooked elsewhere. As a frequent customer, I highly, highly, recommend this A&W for your next morning coffee before work, or middle of the day burger craving.
