Came in on a Sunday afternoon, waited about 10 minutes to get seated before just seating ourselves. After seating ourselves we finally got aknowledged by what seemed to be a manager who provided us menus and a coloring book for our daughter and said a server would be right with us, but after waiting another 10 minutes and no one coming , not even to bring us waters or even see how we were doing we packed up and left.It wasn't busy and there were workers around but no one else seemed to want to acknowledge the fact we were there.... Ended up going to Original Joes just down the street and had a way better experience.

Food was OK. Pretty standard Boston Pizza taste. Our cactus cuts were undercooked a bit and didn't think much of it till the next day where it caused us a lot of grief. Asked for a medium steak, it came out practically well done. Still tasted good.Service was standard.

3 of us came for dinner. Had wings, smokey mountian spaghetti and pecan chicken salad.Alot of food even had some to take home.Kyle who has been there for a month did a great job on the service side - very personable !

We originally went to the Ellerslie location were we had to leave because of such horrible service.This Beaumont location is great!!The staff working there tonight are so nice and our waitress manpreet had such a great attitude. These individuals know how to treat customers?

Visited this location in the lounge on November 21st for a birthday lunch at 12:40 pm. We waited in the lounge for quite sometime before I tried to venture over to the other side to see if if there was a server for the lounge. I asked the waitress if there was a server for the lounge side because we were there for quite sometime and nobody acknowledged us. Her attitude was awful. She was very rude. I understand she could have been short staffed but I wasn’t rude. I was simply asking a question. We would have been fine to sit in the restaurant, instead however because of her attitude we just left. OJ’s servers were more than happy to accommodate us.

I called with a concern regarding a $150 order placed today because the chicken tasted like rancid grease and the cheese appeared to be moldy. The manager was less than gracious consequently I won't be ordering again.
