There has been multiple occasions where I’ve waited over 20 minutes to get my food, sometimes when the place is barely even busy. I get things can be tough but there are ways to change this and help it. More effort needs to be made to make it more efficient. The only reason I keep coming back is because I love the food, but even now I’m starting to question weather it’s worth it.
Stopped in for a blizzard and a small cup for my dog. Was charged a kids size for that. My ice cream was exactly how it should be. Service was quick and there was no line when I was there at 7:30

I hadn’t been to Dairy Queen in ages so decided to go inside the restaurant to order takeout and had my 2 young sons with me. They were patient with my indecisiveness lol & patient with my tiny one exploring.
