We came here for dinner and placed our order. The waitress was new and had a large section by herself. Our order was wrong and the size portion of the steak was way off, and not cooked to the order preference. I can't say if I would return. Issues were not corrected or compensated in any way.

Victor’s ability to handle both professionalism and being a great friend while serving is second to none. He is able to multitask and keep the vibes going.Thank you Victor for making our experience at Original Joes so memorable. If all waiters were like Victor, the industry would be so lucky!

This use to be a great place to go. Things have changed now for 2024. Different management, Owners belittle their servers. Some fired without cause. Most of the servers I know all left that place as well. The food and drinks are still good but I’d rather not go there anymore. The environment and atmosphere just doesn’t seem friendly.

My family and i went, and the service was quite excellent. Seated immediately, and our server Kaylie was quite exceptional. Great service, but not at the table so often it was annoying. The food was quite good as well, aside from the French onion soup. Which was surprising given that the other items were top notch!

My wife worked here for nearly 2 years. The atmosphere and environment was awesome for both staff and patrons with the old general manager. Unfortunately when the old general manager quit and the owner stepped in it all went downhill from there. My wife used to love working here until it turned into a completely toxic environment. The owner will sit at the bar while they're getting slammed and refuse to jump in and help the staff. When the rush ends she pulls the girls aside to critique them and tell them what a horrible job they did. Wake up and help your staff out. Many nights my wife would come home in tears constantly being told she's a terrible manager even though she would bend over backwards for this place. She eventually quit on the spot after being treated horribly by both the new GM and owner. She had enough. I would not recommend working here to anyone. It's a shame as it used to be a fun and inviting environment for everyone. The amount of regulars that stopped going once my wife and others quit is astounding. The business is going nowhere fast until the ownership/management realizes that treating your staff the way they did is completely unacceptable. I've also spoken to many regulars who are flabbergasted at the way things have turned out. No one wants to work for someone who is constantly putting their staff down and making them feel unvalued. If you want to work in a team environment where people work together and lift each other up this isn't the place.

Took the 4 grandkids. 2 x 3 years old and 2 x 6 years old. Victor was our server, he was excellent. But, the food was delivered AND THEN we were told that they had ‘ran out of cutlery’. I can understand running out of certain foods, but cutlery !!!! It was approximately 10 to 15 minutes before we received any

Always a great choice of food. Husband wanted a chicken sandwich but asked for it in a wrap... no problem, and he loved it! Service is always great in Beaumont.

Menu was somewhat limited. Servers were polite but we needed to ask three times for utensils and condiments. Took 30 minutes to bring drinks and appetizers, then main meals came when we were still eating apps. Thought that our bill total was high for what we got.

Waitress was pleasant and food was OK. My Teriaki bowl was a bit lite on sauce, but tasted fine the main issue is the noise. We will not dinne there again for dinner. We will try a lunch on an off busy time during the week. Hopefully not so loud.

We went to the original Joe's restaurant in Beaumont. It was a nice experience, we were seated right away. Each original Joe's also has local photography/decor from the area of the town or city it's in which is neat. I ordered a steak sandwich, cooked just the way I wanted it which was delicious! It seems like a very good cut of meat as well for not being a steakhouse. And if you ever go here do not leave without ordering the sweet potato fries and creamy dill dip it never disappoints. I love that you're able to order at least two sides with the entrees and there is a lot to choose from. Definitely gives you a lot of great options for the meal you would like to create. I also ordered the greens with feta apples and walnuts and a house vinaigrette. For a small side salad it had tons of mix-ins too which was awesome. Overall a wonderful meal in the cozy town of Beaumont.

I usually love this place but the steak sandwich is a joke. They gave me a piece of garlic bread and piece of steak not an actual sandwich, the name is so misleading idk why this is the name and it sucked cause the steak didn’t even taste good.
