Pizza was cold when I got it home and I live literally three minutes away. Paid $55 for two pizzas. They were super thin. Not much toppings by far one of the worst pizzas I’ve had. Frozen pizzas were better. Do not recommend Panago in BEAUMONT. It used to be good but has gone downhill horribly.

Live 6 minutes out of town, they said they could deliver so we placed our order, an hour later they called back and said "Sorry it turns out we can't deliver to your address due to safety concerns of driving in the dark." Seriously? Use your headlights.

Shame on this PanagoOur community deserve to know this!!!!!Employees do not get tips!!!!!Owner keep all the tips!!!!!!!!!I came to know about this wrong act from my buddy who use to work there.He left because of bad behaviour and mistreatment by management.I am a regular customer there not anymore!!!I would recommend do not tip if you are going to buy your food from here.I can right the name of my buddy with another detailed reviewSo kindly do not reply on my comment that this is not true.Give your Employees, what they truly deserves!!!!!!!!

Ordered a large hawaiian with jalapeño and mushroom. Got 6 slices of jalapeño and got about 12 pieces or razor thin mushroom.Panago used to be #1 but charging 2.50 for 6 slices of jalapeño is ridiculous. The driver was pleasant but a 35 min wait time is also ridiculous. Never again.

This was the go to for pizza places in Beaumont, however and I do not mean this lightly, it has gone DOWN hill. I am only giving this place 2 stars because of pity.

We went here yesterday the lady behind the counter was a really nice person but while i expect to be overcharged at panago but always lots of toppings and we paid 65 but the toppings just wernt there the complete lack of toppings made me thing i was lookin at store pizza but my son and i ate both xl pizzas ya it was easy with no toppings i know now eh just not panago quality we will go elsewhere
