If you want to have your day ruined go to this Tim Hortons. Just about every day they get my order wrong. This location is so convenient because it’s close to home. When I complain, they are confrontational. They try to put the blame on me. The staff at this location does not care about this store. They are rude and they don’t take customer complaints seriously. Hi ….Owner ….please take a note ✍️I’m regular customer this location today morning I’m waiting to order on mic when nobody respond I moved to window I thought it’s may closed (Friday 16 6.30am )but lady (she’s saying she’s manager) on window she’s start yelling at me her behaviour is unacceptable she fights with me for 10 minutes please check her mentality (attitude )she shouldn’t be on this position.
