Wanted to order 2 poutines, medium drink and a frosty for lunch (with one of those tags) was told that i needed a combo in order to get a free frosty. So i asked for a JBC as 2 poutines be filling enough. Was told that JBC doesnt come with a combo and i wont get my frosty, so me and my buddy left. Wont be going back to this wendies again. Ontop of surge pricing, what a joke.Combo approx $13 bucks2 poutines, medium drink and JBC $18No frosty for me,No business for you.That includes my morning stops.All for "the fine print"

The good thing was, the food was good, that was it. I went through the drive thru knowing it may take at most 2-3 minutes to get my order, but was taken back by how long it took, I was sitting in the drive thru for 13 minutes with no communication on what the eta of my meal may be, just nothing, it wasn't even a busy time for Wendy's as I had to go later in the afternoon for personal reasons, the man running the drive thru had no clue if he was on planet earth or not, and obviously there was no control over the kitchen

Very bad service. Only a few people who worked there spoke English. Used gloves but touched the counter and the debit machine without changing them before touching food. Fries were cold. Stay away..

Not super friendly. The location is dirty and ketchup wasn't being filled despite telling them. Garbage outside is over flowing. Flys everywhere, kitchen and dining area. Will never come here again. Also, my baked potato was the most unappealing lunch I've ever had.

Food was cold and old. Took almost 15 mins to make a breakfast sandwich. I been here only 2 times and both times the food has been mediocre at best. I will say I've been to multiple wendys locations and this has to be the worst one I ever been to in regards to customer service, quality and timing. Will never eat here again.

Whenever you go into this Wendy's it literally feels like you're walking into a library. It's unusually quiet. The speakers crackle occasionally but there's like NO SOUND. It feels really ominous. Like even the 10 people eating in there were whispering. The vibes are off. Then when getting my food not only did they not say anything when my order was up (just kinda stared at me???) And left it on the side closest to them. So I wasn't even sure if my order was done. I took a peek in the bag and yea... Everything was there they just made me reach for it? That's not a problem but it just feels weird and like they weren't done with it? As I was leaving I also literally saw one of the ladies working literally dump a tortilla with cheese BACK into the cheese tray.Overall this place gives me weird vibes. Like this was the scene for some horror movie or something.
