Had to pay 25cents for a dog treat when every other Dairy Queen it is free with purchase of your items not only that but what I PAID for was less that what I get when they are free how does that make sense?( blue one is from the other place and it gets filled to the top as well)

This DQ puts the ones in SE Calgary to shame. Great pricing, friendly service and a blizzard actually has a good amount of candy in it.

Went in to get an ice cream cake for my husband. The place was spotless, well stocked and busy. MacKenzie was very helpful and informative.

Loved this place in the beginning it was awesome! The Staff are always friendly however I get a blizzard once a week and over half the time they are not fully mixed just plain ice cream at the bottom. Now I just went and got a peanut buster parfait, they handed me a broken container which I did not know until I got home to find most of most of the ice cream in my cup holder. Very disappointed.

I stumbled upon the Dairy Queen in Black Diamond during our recent camping trip, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings, this Dairy Queen provided a much-needed treat after a day of outdoor adventures. The first thing that caught my attention was the friendly staff. They greeted us with warm smiles and were eager to assist in creating our perfect ice cream concoctions. The menu offered an array of options, from classic sundaes to blizzards with creative mix-ins.The cleanliness of the establishment was also commendable. Despite its remote location, the Dairy Queen was impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It was a great place to take a break, cool off, and enjoy our treats. As for the ice cream itself, it was rich and creamy, just as one would expect from Dairy Queen. The flavors were on point, and the portions were generous. The taste of the ice cream paired perfectly with the outdoor ambiance, making for a memorable experience.Whether you're passing through or planning a visit to Black Diamond, this Dairy Queen is definitely worth a stop. It offers a sweet escape from the camping routine, and the friendly service and delectable treats make it a charming addition to any outdoor adventure.

Extremely slow service, ended up waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Staff showed very little care towards the customer.

Went through drive thru and made my order, upon receiving my food I realized that my order for a s’more blizzard was heard as skor and they had forgotten to punch in a poutine, I mentioned it and they rectified it immediately! Food was fresh, employees were so nice and quick too! Probably my best DQ experience in alberta.
