“Placed my order this morning. Almost immediately got a call saying the fryer was not working and it would take longer to cook the food. I have no problem with this, because sometimes things just break. I appreciate the service that I got informing me it would take a little bit longer to cook. When I got there to pay the food, I forgot to leave a tip. Apologies for that.I don't really judge a businesses atmosphere unless I am there to eat in, which I didn't. That is the reason I only gave 3 for atmosphere.“

“Normally, I absolutely rave about Foothills Pizza; my absolute favourite. Unfortunately, our gluten free eater had a very bad experience.We ordered a regular Hawaiian and a gluten free Hawaiian. They neglected to mark either pizza box with anything. We contacted Foothills Pizza and the lady who answered the phone said that they didn't need to mark the boxes because the GF pizza should be obvious because the crust is very flat.Well, maybe we got only normal pizzas instead of one gluten free because the crusts all looked the same.The owners called and made things right.Great service overall!Dietary restrictions: They didn't indicate GF on the pizza box“
