This 711 is going downhill fast the service is not good. I dropped my hotdog and they just looked at me and walked away didn't even offer me another one. I find the employees rude. Time to find a better place to go I don't recommend coming here there is other stores to go to.

Been going to this store for years and I've only been having problems with this store the past 6 months, every single time I've ubereats food from here is frozen, extremely cold, missing or exchanged items, or had hairs in it. My last order was expensive over $50. I had 4 drinks, and tons of food items for staff lunch all of which I had to throw out due to pizza being frozen and not cooked, chicken was extremely cold,and I got some items I never ordered like it was left over or close to expire so I got the freebie and the freebie was a soggy sandwich. All of the food was gross to the touch mega health concern

I specifically come from out of town to come to this location.I called at 1am because I had major cravings for the beef taco taquitos and so I obviously had to call to make sure they had them. They did, so I made my way. I walk in the door and the gentleman behind the counter looks me dead in the eyes and says “Beef taco?” Keep in mind I’m oddly enough not the only person there. This man, A KING, helped me buy extras.I then proceeded to waddle away like a happy little penguin proud of it’s hunt. And when I tell you I smiled my whole drive home, I’m not lying. No music, no passengers for talking. Just pure bliss while my intense craving subsided.

Do not use this car wash, it will rip the roof rails off of your vehicle. They will act like they care about helping and set up a claim, only to have them tell you over the phone that they assume no responsibility since they have a sign out from that says to use at own risk. They are a terrible business with terrible customer service. Use a local wash that doesn’t scam and use the customers, then bail and claim no responsibility when their equipment fails and causes damage.

I've been shopping here for 2 years, most of the good employees have moved on after new management has hired some senseless employees. The same girl (teenager) sells me car wash tickets when the car wash is broken down (thanks). I typically spend anywhere between $100 to $600 per visit, here and just finished ordering a bunch of chicken and lottery tickets, sale was closed and asked for a bag "I'm sorry sir that will be $0.25. How on earth do you expect a person to carry all this stuff? lol. Same girl, same thoughtless customer service,( maybe if she wasn't so busy clicking her IPad on the counter while serving me, she would have paid more attention to what her customers need? No wonder she treats everyone who comes in contact with her this way because to busy with something else or i do not care attitude or both....I've simply had it with this place and NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. DO NOT SHOP HERE AT BLACKFALDS, ALBERTA 7 ELEVEN, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE !!! Saying hello to esso convenience store or shell convenience store just down the road maybe they will want $1,200/month

overall good experience except when i often times come in there is this little blonde girl looks about ten whos talking to her mom and flirting with her moms male co worker trying to get smokes! this is a tiny little child wearing a crop top and short shorts! horrible!

I asked for a mix of wings and got all plain no teriyaki or hot, and the staff are not friendly no smiles all looked grumpy
the night guy a few weeks ago was extremely rude, At 2 am he is running around on the phone getting a skip the order dishes ready for delivery, That's not the point though he dosent even acknowledge you as your standing there for 15 mins waiting. A little Hi, sorry I will be right with you, would be nice.If he dose not enjoy his job he should give it up so someone more deserving and take his place.or Management if you choose to keep him on board Please give him some education and training courses as they will benefit him and yourself as employers.There is no need for his ignorance.I've even seen him kick customers out because they have complained about his services.

Hubby and I went there last night for chicken and wedges. I don't want to go into details in this review, but I do want to say that although the staff are friendly and try their best to be accommodating to there customers, they lack organization and time management. Not to mention that the guy behind the counter argued semantics with me. I don't engage at that point and shrugged it off.

More wedges is not an acceptable substitute for chicken. The drink trays are basically useless for the cup sizes they carry. Tons of slurpees and big gulps smashing onto the pavement outside because of this. Get better drink trays and cook more chicken.

Chicken was very chewy and disgusting and I didn't even get the Taquito I paid for. Make sure to check that you've gotten everything, because these people easily miss the simplest things, but they're more then happy to charge you for them!
