I've been ordering from Picolos since I moved to Blackfalds about 10 years ago. I've never left a review, even though their food has always been top notch. But today, for the first time I had a complaint....Wrong Pizza ?I called, they apologized immediately and had me a fresh pizza at the door in no time. This is service excellence.
