Every time i come into this store there is a specific employee who always gives me a hard time and terrible customer service. Clearly they also do not follow Group Lottery guidelines set out by WCLC. they need to recheck their contract.However the Manager Janice is the best one their, always kind, polite, best customer service, and understands how to work in a environment like this. She deserves a raise for all she does for that store.

Worst store ever no idea about hot dogs instead or microwave they want to heat frozen hot dogs in micro wave no sense of food poisoning for children , 7 eleven going to dogs.. avoid this store they just stand and chat. I idea grill is empty

1st stop back from vacation in Banff & Jasper to Calgary Sep 12, 2023. Filled up the gas & went inside for receipt. Friendly staff provided $2.00 coupon. My wife used it to buy a small bag of peanut.

Doors are almost always locked at night now even tho it’s 24/7. I work really early in the morning and it’s the only option for a coffee but the one time the door was open I got a dirty look and the door locked behind me.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Always so nice and polite, even though they deal with people who are the complete opposite. Awesome service every time, and the pizza here slaps. 5/5
Had my favourite taquitos and they were fresh.. Not like some other times at other locations where they have been crusty or just rollin on them rollers for a few hours too long type deal

Experienced 3 separate fraudulent charges totaling $750 after the usage of my card for $80. Manager was "on vacation for months, and unavailable to notify". Sounds pretty suspect.

This 7-11 location is a reflection of the community it serves. It’s in “ok” condition. The pumps work. The coffee is stale after 8am. The workers are friendly enough. The community is in the process of gentrification. Half are well off with new in-fill and the other half are poor. There are almost always homeless around the store. Don’t leave the vehicle running here.

There is 4 people working in the store and somehow no coffee. I walked out and another guy also walked out. Cmon guys its not hard to make coffee.
