I know normal people do not eat wings at 4 pm. But, being a shift worker our breaks do not follow the 'norm'. When I find out that the wings are extra hard due to the fact it was cooked a while ago - it makes me sad. At least have the decency to check the cooking time or 'feel' the hardness before selling it to a customer. If it ain't good enough for your own consumption, then please don't give it to a paying customer. Being a 24/7 establishment you ought to aim for tougher quality control.

for two days in a row have denied giving me back my wallet which i accidently left, having no one on staff who is competent or authorized to get my wallet. I have called ahead and live far away. now they say wait until the next day, again, I work tomorrow and this is unacceptable. shame on your lack of training, trust levels in employees and overly level of competence. it's a stain to this community.

We delivered through Uber. The 12 piece wings only came in 8 pieces and were even rock hard.Also, I ordered 4 hot dogs, but the bread was hard as a stone and the sausages were dry and twisted.
Now they take pictures of your ID and store them online, every single time you buy cigarettes.

This 7-11 has gone down hill with new staff and management. In my opinion, staff doesn't care about customer service, freshness of ready to eat food and price accuracy. Staff needs to be taught better how to work lottery terminal, phone cards etc. There is neglect in the hot food and it is often served old. Lastly the display price on shelf doesn't always match the charged price at the register, vary often they will have a sale on energy drinks and only 2 of the 5 flavours will register a sale price so you get overcharged for the rest- Please 7-11 on spiller road have a commitment to price accuracy .
