I was very excited to see that there was an A&W near where I was running errands today because it’s my favourite fast food place. Unfortunately it sucked.The food was okay, but it’s a standard recipe, it’s not like they did anything special. In fact, it was a bit subpar because the onion rings were a bit oilier than usual but it’s fried food so I’ll give them a pass on that.The service is what ruined it for me. This location is so understaffed. There was one drive thru worker, one cash, and two in the kitchen. During the busiest part of the day (lunch), you’d think they would staff an extra person. But no. It took so long for my food to get done.My ice cold cup wasn’t even cold anymore. I had to rush my food, pretty much shoving everything down my throat to not be late for what I needed to do after. For context, I had well over half an hour when I walked in and ended up having to eat in five minutes.The staffing issues are definitely a managerial problem. Probably very cheap managers/franchisers that cut costs in any way possible. It’s crazy because one customer’s order would cover a worker’s pay for one hour. Kind of worth it for lunch, no? Never going here again.

Second time I have stopped in for a quick breakfast in the last couple of months and both times it took forever to get my order placed at the counter. The woman who eventually did take my order appeared to have had all her personality sucked out of her.The dining room was cold too. I guess they're saving on their heating bill. I'd say go to the McDonald's a few blocks down the road because this place is just downright dreary.

I ordered today at 9pm after came home from a hectic day of 11hrs duty. Every time i am ordering food from a&w 32 ave. Whenever i am ordering in the evening the order i am getting is like the person there is doing favor on me making this food. I am paying for food not getting it for free. The fries were cold and stale or maybe whatever was there leftover they put in my order. Very disappointing now i will think twice before ordering from this place or maybe i will not order.Please give training to your staff about food quality , preparation and attention to detail.

Went through the drive thru at 10:15 on November 7th, first I sat in the drive thru for about 20 mins. When I got to the window the lady with braces helping didn’t say a single word to me, she was too busy laughing with her coworker, shoves the debit machine at me then slams the door closed and walks away I got a frozen sweet cream cold brew and it’s basically just frozen milk. It’s disgusting

This A&W is okay. It wasn't busy when we went. So we expected the tables to be cleaned a bit. Every table had crumbs from previous customers. The server was very slow in taking our order.

I love the Frozen Pumpkin Spice latte. It's so delicious. For me, this is much better than Tim. There are such wonderful employees here. Great service. Very clean and nice atmosphere. I will definitely return to this location.
