Would not honour their coupons. The app was not working and there was nothing they could do about it. Was disappointed. Will try going to the Seton location next time we have a coupon to use. Good food, but service was well below expectations.

Service has gone downhill a little in just a few months. A&W now charge extra for any condiments, staff don't even bother to clarify the order details and seem unhappy when asked to make corrections. Food is still good at least.

The person that took my order was friendly, courteous and accurate. The service was speedy. The fries were fresh, hot and crisp. The rootbeer tasted so clean and flavorful. After the drive home the teen burger still tasted fresh and wasn't sloppy. This is the best a&w experience I have probably ever had. At 3:49 on a Thursday. Great job guys! I'm impressed.

Order two burgers and fresh and onion rings, when reached home found one burger
It is very convenient that the lobby is open until 23:00. There is an opportunity to come in after work and buy something tasty. Their new raspberry pie is just one to love. The apple pie is at least much tastier than the one at McDonald's. I'll definitely come back

drive-thru worker is too busy gossiping with co-workers to acknowledge customer, handing out food in the bin that fries were spilled in, not watching the customer to take it, too focused on whatever co-worker chit-chat is happening inside to care. awkward silence as nothing was said after food was taken. lazy.

lady working was incredibly rude, me and my boyfriend are skip drivers, we parked and arrived on time to pick up the meal, all doors to the restaurant were locked. a man in the drive through let the lady know we were outside ready to receive the meal, she took an incredibly long amount of time to attend to our service EVEN counted a pile of napkins before helping us leaving us in the FREEZING COLD. not only did we wait, she made my boyfriend WALK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH to the window to receive the meal rather then opening a door for us. Awful service. incredibly rude.
