Got served raw meat twice terrible experience now I’m taking laxatives in case I get parasite eggs please don’t eat here I hope they close or have a major turn around seems very lazy not that hard to cook a burger the right way. Was also way more pink and red then the picture shown in different parts of the

I don't think I've been to a worse location in my life. I've had bad experiences from this location before, my food was raw, had hair in it, but this experience I had showed me how the staff and manager will never own up to the mistakes they make. I went this this location on Friday, October 13th, around 7:00pm-7:30pm. I ordered a Beyond Meat Burger with no onions, and tomatoes, along with fries and a coke. I also left my name on the order, and asked for the receipt which I had to ask for 3 times and still never got it. I also asked for my food to be made fresh, and I waited for it. Once we got home, I bit into the burger, and let me just say THIS WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. They put an old beyond meat patty on this burger AND a meat patty. We don't eat meat at all, and they gave us a burger with meat on it, and I made sure I told the person who took my order it was a BEYOND burger. I called the store, and the manager was trying to convince me it's not meat. I told him I looked at the menu before calling and to me it looked like a small beef or sausage patty, and he went far enough to tell me no it isn't, because they hadn't made any burgers with that patty that evening. Further I'm calling as a customer to let you know you made a mistake on your end, and he still tries telling me no it's not. I tell him I asked for the receipt and the lady who took the order wouldn't give it to me, and he tells me without the receipt he can't do anything. I told him I have the bank statement of the charge, he says he can't do a refund, I tell him the lady took my name down on the order, and he still says no, and even went far enough to tell me "it wasn't the location inside chinook mall it was the location outside across from the mall". I'm calling you as a customer telling you what a grave error you made, especially because of religious reasons I cannot me eating this, and being a holy time of the month. He refused to do a refund and even give us a new order. I asked if he can relay my information to the owner of the store and he refused to do that either. This is the worst experience I've had from this location yet. Making excuses and trying to convince me that isn't what I got and he can't do anything about it is absurd. I've worked at an A&W before and he kept telling me "it's not in our policy to do refunds or make the food for you again". Absolutely disguised. He refused to take responsibly, and do anything, rather tried pinning this on another A&W location.

Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken expecting it to be a Nashville Mild chicken and got a pleasantly medium Nashville chicken.
Me and my boyfriend came here close to closing time so we couldn’t replace the cold Uncle Burger which is the most expensive burger there.We asked for more napkins the cashier was being very stingy and acted like the napkins were coming out of her pay cheque.I never had to fight so hard for more napkins.The buddy chickens were hot and fresh.That was the only good thing about this visit.

I bought the egg and cheese sandwich and have never eaten a thinner piece of eggs before. It was as thin as the cheese. Felt like I was eating air. I went and told them and they said that’s just how it is, that means it’s fresh not frozen. Very disappointing as it is not
