From the moment I entered the establishment, Gill and Jaspreen greeted me with warm and friendly demeanors that immediately made me feel welcome. Their attentiveness to my needs and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction truly impressed me. Not only did they take the time to make personalized recommendations based on my preferences, but they also ensured that my order was prepared to perfection. Throughout my visit, Gill and Jaspreen maintained positive and upbeat attitudes that added to the overall enjoyment of my dining experience. It’s evident that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing exceptional service to every customer. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure all customers were attended to promptly.The food was simply outstanding! I tried their signature root beer. The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavourful. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the onion rings were a delightful addition to the meal.What truly sets A&W apart is their commitment to quality ingredients and great customer service. It's evident that they take pride in what they serve and strive to make each visit memorable.Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at A&W and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Very bad service here they always take your payment and ask you to stay by the gas station till they bring you your fresh food and they hand don’t hand your food in the tray if you don’t want the bag. And just worst service with the driver through person who seems she doesn’t care about how customers feel. Destorying the name of the company. I will never come there for anything

Terrible customer service at this location from the manager Gale. Super disrespectful and extremely rude. If I could give this review 0 stars I would.We pulled up to the window and said we have a coupon for 2 chubby chicken burgers. Once we got to the window, she charged us full price… so my husband told her we had a coupon, and she goes “No you didn’t tell me that!” He politely reminded that he did tell her in the beginning and that she asked if it was a coupon for the combo and he said no, just the burgers. She gave us attitude and said she has to refund the order and charge again. After she refunded us and charged the correct amount she slammed the window shut without saying anything. Confused, we pulled up to the front and went in the store to pick up the food. We heard her talking bad about us which was very disappointing since it was her fault she charged us wrong.We will never return to this location. Please consider a better manager as she is everything a manager shouldn’t be.

This place is charging you the 15 cents for a bag without asking and not including it on the receipt. The bag thing is already absurd but that’s Calgarys problem but this isn’t right and should be addressed.

CHECK THE BAG BEFORE LEAVING! 9 times out of 10 you are going to leave missing multiple items.The foods good when it's available, but the place doesn't close at 10. Shoot, lights are out at 9:30, but the drive through menu is still on. Fix your hours or finish your shifts.
