Last week I ordered a Nashville sandwich lettuce wrapped with a tomato. Got charged an extra 20cents for adding tomato which is so ridiculous, plus my burger was not at all the hot crunch burger that I had ordered! There was just tomato, chicken, and mayo on the sandwich with A LOT of mayo... no spicy sauce on the burger at all! The only things they got right were it being lettuce-wrapped and having a tomato.

Dishonest business, charges more than what is on the menu. Raspberry pie is $1.00on the menu, but charges you 1.25. same things with fries, we noticed this a few occurence already.

They charge for their smallest paper bags based on the new City single use bylaw but according to the bylaw that size of the bag is exempt from the charge. And the front sales person kept saying it's the bylaw and they have to charge for even the small bag.

Ordered a dbl teen combo for myself and a chubby chicken combo for my daughter.Food was terrible!!!Was around 7 p.m on a Friday and they were not busy. Total was $31.00.Took way too long to make and my teen burger was cold all the way through. Cheese wouldn’t even melt . My daughter’s chubby chicken had 3” think of lettuce on it. Come on you guys how hard is it to put together fast food ??!!!What a waste of $31.00!!!!

The front cashier who works regular mornings is the worse. She's rude, and puts up a fight with customers. Went there twice hoping it would be different, she's the same ride person. I was trying to use my coupon for breakfast and she decided she was going to take it, I told her no other restaurant ever takes the coupon and her response is: "well we do" so we left, NVR going back to this A&W. So many retail workers out there, if you don't like people don't work retail/customer service.

Had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon.The food was very tasty, warm, and exactly as ordered.Service was pretty fair, as well. I was just about given the wrong order, but it was figured out easily in the end.Overall, it was a decent experience. ?Kid-friendliness: Various kids' meals, including chicken-tenders, are available for relatively cheap

I don’t usually review fast food restaurants but I was traveling to Canada and while needing a meal quickly, I was shocked how much better fast food is in Canada vs where I live in Colorado. Good for me though because I’ve been eating healthier ?

Staff 10/10.I went to this place and after 3 visits the friendly lady remembered my order.I used to shop at the location up the road on McLeod trail, but they seem to be more focused on quantity of orders rather than quality.What I mean is the store barley keeps up with inside and drive thru orders let alone having 3 tablets on the go for Uber eats, door dash and whatever else.I find that when I order breakfast there either my eggs are hot and toast is cold or the other way around and it takes 10-15 minutes to receive food when dining in….Anyway even when this south centre location is busy I don’t have to wait much more than 5 minutes which I think is reasonable.Highly recommend.
