A&W food is good as usual. But the service was pretty lacklustre.I told them I wanted to eat in but they still charged be for the bag. Got the double teen burger combo, they forgot the drinks. Wait time is, Meh at best, could be faster.Many of the staff when I entered were on their phone or laughing and talking to one another, it’s not bad but…. I usually expected faster service when I wanted to order and entered but it took some time but not that bad.I was in a pretty bad mood, but the A&W burger got me out that and i did think of actual criticism and instead of the 1 star. 2 stars for service, didn’t take forever and it wasn’t something to brag about but it’s pretty bare minimum.

Had a terrible friday night and decided to go through the drive thru around 8pm for a quick meal. Double checked the bag and the drive thru person noticed that something was wrong with it. Seems like the people who gave the bag only put half of what I ordered; the drive thru person noticed it and quickly resolved it. That fantastic man just made my night a little bit better just by doing that little bit of observation and quick resolution.
