I just visit this cute little spot, and let me tell you, the food was absolutely banging! Plus, the vibe was super chill, and the staff were really friendly. If you're into good food and a laid-back atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Lots of good vibes at this location.I have had both breakfast and lunch at this location and the barista that made my coffee did a little swan! What a cool touch I don’t know what the chef is doing in the back but they are cooking magic! You should try the Kimchi Fries they’re so good!!

The quality and diversity of food really took me by suprise here. All menu items have a modern feeling approach or twist to them that makes the food stand out beyond just being your typical fast-casual affair. I'm especially a fan of the Korean inspired dishes (the kimchi fries are to die for). Prices are also super reasonable and sometimes better than what you could get elsewhere.

It’s a hidden gem. The food, service and atmosphere is exceptionally good. The only reason I have 4 star for the food was that some of the potatoes were not well cooked. But that is a no issues because of all the other delicious dishes we tried. I will definitely come again.

Had the utmost best experience of my life, with my date and I, the service was great, and attention to detail was amazing, service was attentive and did not leave us to dry. Food quality had met my standards and if not, they had blown my expectations away. The Socal Burger was top notch. Will be coming back again as a loyal customer.

This is a nice hidden gem in Shawnessy. It's in a weird location with terrible parking and zero signage. Therefore, it's hard to find. They are located in a Climbing centre. Have a look at my photos and you will understand. It's a small menu and it looks as though they specialize in the Benedicts. Therefore, I ordered the zucchini benny and it was delicious. The Egg was cooked perfectly and the flavours are there. The presentation is very nice. Also, while you eat you get to watch people climb.Like I mention before, it's a weird place to a cafe and because of this I don't think too many people know about this restaurant. They definitely need some type of sign because there is zero outside. They are only attracting the climbing patrons and they need to do a better job advertise to bring in other members of the public. I only heard about this place thanks to the YYC Facebook Foodie group. Otherwise I wouldn't have known about this place. There isn't too many breakfast cafes in this area so I think it would attract more customers if they advertise themselves more.

This place is more than a restaurant; this place is more than a climbing gym. This place is indescribable, but I will try my best. I would like to believe that when I die, my mouth is transported to this place so I can indulge in the greatest chicken burger of all time. The flavour of this chicken burger playfully dances between your teeth and tongue, as if seducing your taste buds with its exquisite profile of blended flavours. It’s crunchy… yet juicy and moist at the same time; it hits the perfect paradox of chicken sandwiches that balances crisp and juice that can only be achieved by the highest chefs. Speaking of the chef, this man deserves nothing but good fortune and respect. Not only does he harbour the ability to create pure joy out of raw matter, but he does it with a friendly smile on his face that echos pride. Each time I see this chef, I leave the facility as a better person. It is of great importance to come here and explore this meal, and if you do, you will (or at least should) be sending your compliments to the chef.
