I tried this place for breakfast and I loved everything!I tried their beef satay sub. It had plenty of meat with fresh veggies, bread was really good, I loved it! I got beef stew dip as well, it is flavorful, I would order it again for sure! I cannot wait to try chicken flat bread I got. Next time, I’d love to try breakfast skillet.Vietnamese coffee I got was also yummy, they also have bubble tea and fresh juice. everything was priced reasonably, this place is such a gem!Service was very polite and friendly, the store was clean and beautiful.Vegetarian options: Bean curd subs available, tofu kimchi subs are also available!Dietary restrictions: Veggies sub options availableKid-friendliness: Kids friendly, the owner was very nice to my kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

Favourite Vietnamese sub of the 10ish places I’ve tried in town. Really good fresh orange ? juice as well ? .Plus they’re open earlier than most places if you get hungry before lunch time.Most importantly, really nice people running the place. Only positive experiences so far.

Had the pleasure of trying the spicy pork bulgogi and beef steak and egg subs for takeout. Both were absolutely delicious packed with flavour and the bread was crispy and still soft. The only points they lose for me is the temperature of the subs could be hotter they were barely warm being consumed within 5 minutes.

Ever since I’ve discovered the tofu kimchi sub here, I’ve been driving across town to get my fix;). I don’t know what secret sauce they put into this but I literally crave it now. I don’t usually get the subs because I’ve tried them all before (they’re pretty much the same everywhere you go) but if you haven’t tried this sub before, even if you’re not a vegetarian, I highly recommend it…but be cautious as you may get totally addicted to it after your first try!

Tried their bánh mì đặc biệt, bánh mì que, & cà phê sữa đá. A decent meal overall.I don't remember if they asked me if I wanted my bread toasted because they came out cold. Surprisingly the bread was still crisp which was nice. The cold cuts were all tasty but I feel like it would've been better toasted.I recently came back from Vietnam so I was excited to finally find a place that has bánh mì que. I noticed that they added a bit of jam (classic pairing with pate) which was a nice touch. Again, probably would've been better toasted.The coffee wasn't too bad. Not as thick and sweet compared to your typical Vietnamese coffee.
