The food is literally to die for, their chicken and garlic bread are top notch and I've been going to barcelos for years. They have the same integrity and exemplary taste from before, and have maintained their standards. What I love is the new management, the owner (I didn't catch his name) really added so much more to the restaurant. In fact, I would say the food even improved ever since he had been brought into management. The waiters were also very kind and friendly, and we bonded quite well with them. Overall, lovely food and staff. 5/5

The Best. Chicken. Ever. We've eaten here dozens of times and it is always consistently excellent. The staff is what sets this place apart though. They are the friendliest people. I love the fast and efficient ordering system, you place your order at the front, pay, and they bring food to your table. Great place!

This is my favorite grilled chicken in Calgary at this time.The Piripiri sauce over fire tastes amazing, and the chicken meats are so tender that they fall off the bone.Dining in tastes better than take-out.* Spiciness is just right until it is digested, and it comes out through your rectum. XD
Pretty dissatisfied with my visit.Upon arrival I stood waiting at the front for someone to take my order, after 3 people in the back made eye contact with me I still waited some time for someone to come out.though the restaurant wasn’t busy (two other tables already eating when I ordered) there was a lack of available seating because there was a lot of tables left with dirty dishes on them.The entire time I ate no one else came in to order and the staff at the front sat on their phone instead of cleaning up the tables.Chicken sandwich was decent, my “peri fries”were the same fries you get from the concession at Costco.I’ll drive to the other location before returning here
