A kids breakfast, omlete and a benny for over $60. The bacon and sausage with kids breakfast was inedible as it was so over cooked. Meat in the omelet was also over cooked, had a burnt taste and asked for no hashbrowns but was given them.

This is one of our favourite restaurants in Calgary by a wide margin. We go here as something of a weekend ritual. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is consistently excellent. The pride in the food is self-evident, especially in the pancake art - week after week these folks have made everything from Pokemon to animals to Super Mario for our kids. The vibe here is a collective of people who love what they do and want to spread that love with great food. A true Calgary "must-try."
Just had the most amazing Cobb salad at the Diner. Huge but so good I ate the whole thing.I order it often when I eat out but this was the best.Should have taken a photo. Will next time.Sheila

Fantastic diner! Great food and excellent service.Parking: In the middle of a busy mall. I ended up parking about 100m away. Not a big deal but worth mentioning for anyone with mobility issues.

Nice place and all but the service was bad.I had a very simple order. 2 scrambled eggs and 4 beef sausage.After waiting 20 mins to get our order taken which wasn't the issue, it was repeating my order 3 times and still having it brought to me wrong. Finally I gave up...Eggs were done, and the sausauges came out after but... like everyone was already done eating. Pretty annoyed that the hashbrowns took 20 mins to bring around... the ladies were not helpful or apologetic.. honestly wouldn't do this again. Several other breakfast places.
