Welcome to Blowers & Grafton of Calgary. Yes an east coast bar, but with authentic east coast food. An original Halifax style pub, where I was introduced to some amazing souls. Jenna, Matt, Ally, Victoria and, Charlotte, really what an amazing experience. If you have not yet and are in Calgary, this a the spot to check out. Even if your not from Calgary, and want some home loving food, check out this place.

For the price we paid, the portions were WAY too small. The pizza was over sauced and looked man handled. Fish and chips were smallest pieces of fish I've seen yet, with a handful of fries. The donair had WAY too much sauce. I couldn't get over the quality of food. The service was okay, drinks came in a timely manner, server was friendly, drinks were delicious. From now on, this will be our cocktail stop, with no food orders. Such a shame the food quality was so poor, we had a lot of hope for a back home taste

I love the food here but the service was absolutely brutal. The restaurant was half empty and it somehow took over ten minutes to be seated at a table. Once we were seated the waitress came over once for our drink orders then didn’t come back for over half an hour. Ended up leaving since she never came back to our table.

We got the lobster rolls and fish and chip. Lobster rolls were delicious and light, with a bit more filling it would have been perfect!Fish and chips was great. Price in the average

A step above the rest in terms of pub-grub. Great Maritime Donairs, Pizza, and Nacho's. It's a cozy space with great Caesars to bat (People say this about every Caesar, but I swear these beat the others out).

We did not want to give any of the food a chance to go soggy while en route via delivery or on the way home. So we ate in the car. The chowder was nice, but not sure we'd come back for that. Those mini lobster rolls though?!?! Bomb. And we recommend the chips on the side. Awesome service, will be back!

Writing as Nova Scotian in Calgary a few months ago:Donair was the best east coast style I have had in Calgary, better than the original I would argue. Service was really nice. Not as impressed with the garlic fingers, which had thicker crust than I am used to seeing, and looked like they needed to stay in the oven a bit longer to get the cheese nice and browned over the entire thing, not just around the edges. While the Pictou County pizza has the real deal sauce, I think with the thick crust the pizza needed a bit more sauce on it to match up with how it is made in NS and make it stand out.

I was very disappointed in our lunch, I had lobster roll( lettuce garnished with about a table spoon of lobster) and over cooked fries. My friend had fish and chips( fish was soggy and under cooked, had to be sent back). The fish was supposed to be beer battered but was flat not fluffy and crunchy. The coleslaw was the worst thing I think I’ve tasted it seemed soggy and old and tasted like smoke. There was one waitress working and she was so busy that service was lacking, I didn’t even get silverware.
