Our server made a completely honest mistake on our order, she went above and beyond to look into it and the manager/owner handled it like a gem. Our family was so impressed. The quality of the pizza and family feel of the restaurant are 5 star for sure. If you are looking for customer service combined with pizza with a crust that is delicious….this is the place!

We tried Bona Roma for Valentine's Day dinner, and our experience was so delightful! Everything was so good and charming from the food, to the ambiance, and service.This is our first time eating here, and we were pleasantly surprised about how big the portions are. We ordered the Valentine's dinner special which includes a Caesar salad, a double portion of the Spaghetti Carbonara, and Tiramisu for dessert. We also ordered a Neapolitan pizza, Mambo II flavor. We were so full and felt like we ate so much, but also still have plenty of leftovers. Yum, yum, yum!Thank you so much for the wonderful dinner!

Our server was absolutely amazing! The highlight of our experience. Prices here are very reasonable , which is refreshing! We had the eggplant dip which we really liked! I have never been here before and am guessing most people go with pizza for their main since they seem famous for that. I had the lasagna, and it was too watery for my taste, plus the sauce has bell peppers in it and I'm not a fan of bell peppers. The garlic bread was lacking flavour completely. I took it home, cut it in half so it was thinner, toasted it more and put butter and garlic on it and it was fantastic. Happy to support a family run business, but it's only a 3 for me.

Pizza is delicious- so much cheese and a great crust. We are from SK and went there on advice from a relative and we have NEVER been disappointed! Bonus points because the lovely mama calls everyone sweetheart, honey and beautiful. Great place to eat!
