Nice, busy sport pub. Our server was very polite and helpful.They have gluten free options and my gf pizza was actually really good. My husband's Italian wedding soup was amazing apparently.They only dish we had a problem with was mac&cheese but our server helped us to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately it's competing to its next door neighbor Milestone and you can see by the lineup there compared to this place and it fails. Very good restaurants and nice staff. The waitress was very very kind. I wish they had a door into the mall, so we wouldn't have to walk outside in cold or leave the restaurant before the mall closes to get to underground parking.

Hair found in food. Don’t try the nachos. Don’t go during happy hour. Decided to give BP’s another shot and this is what I get? A beard hair in my nachos? Disgraceful. All Boston Pizza’s should be shut down. Bland, disposable, hair filled garbage.
Went to watch the Toronto game tonight and was told they wouldn't be playing the game. It was the battle of Alberta..... the Leafs game starts at 5 and the Flames game starts at 8..... can you only watch 1 hockey game a day there? ?

We were a party of three visiting from out of town on the recommendation of a resident in the area.As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. The food was standard fare for a chain; served quickly and timely.Unfortunately the staff warrant a 3 star rating. From being greeted to being seated, we felt more like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. The saving grace was put server who was attentive, kind and funny.Not sure if it was an off day - but the poor service is something of note and I hope not indicative of the restaurant as a whole.
