5 star for service is only because of Amanda ! My friends and I play golden tee and machine is up stairs, Amanda is the only server aside the odd Manger that actually goes up the stairs to serve us !

Me and my family came here about a week ago to grab a bite before seeing a movie. We came with plenty time to spare so we could catch the movie- for our first 10 minutes no server came by and once we had asked for water it was another 5 minutes. We placed our food order right away and it took about 30 minutes to arrive. Which was fair. However, it broke my heart because they did not give me father any utensils to eat his food to which after we asked for some had to wait 5 minutes to get utensils but the server forgot! We asked another server and it took about another 5 minutes! I was halfway done my food and I had to watch my dad stare at his plate. No one came and asked us how our food was or if we needed more water. We were very thirsty by the end. We talked to the manager after and they gave us a discount and apologized because someone had called in that night. I understand that things happen but management did NOT handle this well! Very small amount of fries on my mom’s plate too. Will not be returning as it was a disappointing experience all around.

Great friendly staff and management was welcome coming in to pick up my order better than the MEMORIAL DRIVE location when I had a problem with their general manger NORMAN KELSICK who didn’t treat me well. Bought a square pepperoni and ham pizza tonite. Cost almost $40. Was the quality of a 7-11 pizza. Never again.

The food is always good, the service is excellent and the staff are always friendly. Our waitress Delaney is fast efficient and accurate. Each time we are met with a smile and a friendly greeting. The food is hot and delicious whenever we visit.
