We were at the shawnessy location on April 20 at noon, and the front end staff was the best I've seen at a fast food restaurant. They were friendly and greeted us. They were also fast, efficient, and really cared.I don't usually eat here, but will be back!Thank you.The BK blast however was not really worth it.But thanks for the visit and kind hospitality

Truly the worst fast food place in Shawnessy. I try it a couple times every year for the past 20 years and always the same. Bland burgers in soggy buns. The only reason it exists is that it’s open late when other places are closed. So many better fast food options.

We always go here Order our food code for 4 whoppers all the time.March 14th 9:00pm i encountered one unnusual comment from a drive thru order taker which i don't know the name of.After finishing all the order with please and thank you.100% heard her saying " thank you your rude "Which is very unproffessional and unwelcome comment , i guess she doesn't like her job she should not be on the drive thru taking orders if she's not up for it. Basically this was the first time for our countless order from shawnessy team.This would be our last order on this branch.
The night worker closes drive through with a bin and it is my second time encountering it.I had to wait 30 minutes for him to come out and bring up some petty explanation on why he placed the bin in the drive way.It would be no problem if I haven’t already paid for my order through mobile.
