I order brown sugar milk tea for my daughter and I my daughter she fell her booba and she almost cry I told her we will order again but the Filipina food counter once she saw whats happen she makes anew one and change it for that and didn't ask to pay iam so much touch for what extra service she did iam so much impress for services thank you so much and good job that the company hired u it is Jan 27 11:30am we came there thank u again

idk seems like yall mad in their reviews for no reason..i come to cha house often and i would choose this store over other bubble tea places; its cheaper but the same quality and addicting. i recommend the watermelon milk tea, i literally cannot find this flavor in other places, this place is the one i promise

If I could rate 0, I would. It's terrible. They use powder instead of real fruit and charge you 6 dollars for a drink full of sugar that tastes terrible. I ordered watermelon, and it tasted like garbage.

One of the better boba places I’ve been to, been coming here for about a month now.They have amazing drinks as well as a wide variety of dishes and snacks to choose from. I’ve tried a fair amount of the drinks they serve, all of which are tasty, refreshing and beautifully made.I definitely recommend stopping by here to get a Mango Lychee Slush or Butterfly Pea Tea(New Drink!) to refresh and keep you hydrated while you shop. And if you’re ever feeling hungry I would definitely grab one of their Pork Ramen Bowls.

I don’t get why the rating is so bad. The people here are great whenever I come, always smiling and having a short but nice chat with me. The place has lots of amazing drinks. One of the best bubble tea I had in the city. Now, I am a regular customer.Kid-friendliness: The lady that took my order offered a candy on my child. She was very nice and communicated with my child very well.

The pork ramen is really good! I didn’t expect a lot since it’s fast food but it exceeded my expectation.The employees were very accommodating and asked me to wait on a table.
