My spouse and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich (for 12 dollars plus a tip I might ad) and there was one tablespoon (if that) of cut up bacon on it. He had to go ask for more, since it literally says bacon in the name, and we were met with sassy and rude comments about the next tiny tablespoon of bacon bits was the only amount of bacon they would give us for free. Terrible service. Stingy. A 0/5 from me.

Today I tried the smoked beef and it was delicious. I brang it home from the mall and it was decently warm, when I tried it the meat was soft and the cheese was lightly melted. My overall experience with chachis was fantastic and would recommend

Ive never left a review before, but i left one today because the food was so amazing. I tried the cali sandwich yesterday and it tasted so good. the customer service was just as good as the food, they were polite and very understanding with customers with specific orders. This place is a 10/10 and i would highly recommend coming to chachi’s if you have the chance.

Needed food that was gluten free for an allergy on a road trip and was one of the first spots open in the food court on time with a smile on their face. A great sandwich by Ramen. Well done guys!
I got food poisoning actually - it was the only place I ate yesterday so pretty sure it was this place. 5 hrs of chills and throwing up was not fun. Probably they used expired ingredients or somethingRe your response: how do you know what I look like? You have hundreds of customers. Accusing me of lying or getting confused is not a good look. My coworkers and I come here every so often, and i know some of the reviews arent the best but let me say that the Cajun Chicken is the best sandwich ive ever had. And on top of that, the customer service is out of this world! If you go always always always ask for Bella. She is the best!
