Finest spot to get food when in a rush. The customer service is rapid, prices are reasonable, good vibes. Will visit here again

Usually enjoy this restaurant but the service during quarantine was just awful. They offered pick up only during this time which was great, but on mothers day specifically, Me and my mother came to place an order waited in a very long line that went outside the restaurant for about an hour (btw it was windy and cold which kinda sucked but i didn’t mind being patient cause the food would be worth it) then when finally arrive at the counter the employee tells us they are no longer taking orders and haven’t been for the past hour. This was Incredibly disappointing especially since it was mothers day such a waste of time. Very misleading because most of the people in the line were waiting to order and the other half of the line was picking up an order. I couldn't help but look at the chalk board beside the man thinking about how they could've prevented a situation like this happen perhaps leaving a sign outside the door saying “no they aren't taking orders” or turning their phone lines on to let people know they aren't taking orders. This was a very unprofessional experience I understand it was a busy day for them but the way they handled it was unacceptable.

staff is great, even when busy you can wave down and they help right away. Food is excellent and owners are always there smiling. wine is reasonably priced and lots of options. salads are simple but dressings are to die for!!

I have always had great experiences here but tonight was the best. We ordered 28 dishes... yes 28 for take out for my workplace. Chianti's delivered them to 2 different locations, there was not a single mistake, everything was piping hot, tasted amazing and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely 5 stars for these guys. You never disappoint, even with that many orders. Thank you so much!

I used to really love this place back when I was younger as a teenager the food was amazing it was absolutely bustling adults would get a free glass of wine at the door if they had to wait, it just is not the same restaurant anymore. I dropped in here on my visit from out of town and it was absolutely dead on top of that pasta sauce has gone downhill it tasted like they were mixing ketchup into my spaghetti meatballs. I'm really disappointed in this time I've had enough with Chianti is combined with bad reviews I've read in other locations. They used to serve real Italian bread now it's just soft and mushy. Last 6 months they changed ingredients. Yuck

I don't know many places that make their pasta from scratch, but this place definitely nailed it! This place is one of a kind, truly amazing staff here and the food is just amazing! There's a great selection and meal deals on specific days, overall it won't break the bank either!
