So we flew into Calgary to see our tattoo guys at Parlour Tattoo studio and met up with our bestie Megan who pours the best draft at Cowboys. We arrived at Cleaver to meet for drinks and appetizers. Chloe was our server. SHE IS FANTASTIC. She remembered us from our previous visit a year ago and she remembered what we drank. Mind blown. She’s gotta be one of the best servers we’re ever had the pleasure of being served by. Drinks are on point, food is great but Chloe’s service was beyond exceptional. Highly recommend cleaver.

Google searched "Best Sticky Toffee Pudding in Calgary" and found this place. One look at the menu and we ended up ordering 4 different dishes one being the Bone Marrow with a shot of Irish Whiskey for bone luge which was such a fun and delicious experience in itself! Had dirty martinis and of course the sticky toffee pudding. All of this at a reasonable price. We loved the atmosphere and the staff was so amazing. We'll be back for sure!

I can't rave enough about the incredible dining experience I had at Cleaver. The food was nothing short of spectacular. We started with the sliders, which featured a mouthwatering selection of locally sourced meats and cheeses. Each bite was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. For our mains, we indulged in the steak, cooked to absolute perfection and bursting with rich, savory goodness. The side dishes were equally impressive; the truffle fries were a decadent delight, and the roasted cauliflower were a surprising standout. To finish off the meal, we couldn't resist the dessert menu, and the key lime cheesecake did not disappoint. Every dish was impeccably presented, showcasing the chef's dedication to both flavor and aesthetics. Combined with the impeccable service and inviting atmosphere, Cleaver truly offers a dining experience like no other. I can't wait to return and explore more of their tantalizing menu offerings."

Me and my friends came to cleaver for drinks. I ordered a dirty martini and that was the worst martini I’ve ever had. It’s impossible to drink it as it’s so sour. I had just one sip and almost threw up. I told the server about it but it seemed like she didn’t really care. I don’t recommend this
