You maybe see this as just an order of “chocolate croissant” but there is a whole story behind it.When I ordered, there was no one left and the “most human person I never meet ?” propose to make 2 for me. Until now she knows nothing but her kindness was overwhelming.When she finished, I was trying to explain her how much big his gesture meant to me as a pregnant woman who crave this ? and then she surprise me more by her reaction.She refuse to let me pay for my order and she congratulate me many times for my pregnancyI left the place with tears in my eyes and a heart full of gratitude and joyThank you so much Betty for being generous and caring person,we need more people like you in this world

I’ve been going to Cobs on 17th Ave SW for a while now. Every time I go in I always get great service. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. The bread is delicious and I’d recommend the cinnamon buns in a heartbeat. Overall I’d highly recommend Cobs for anyone looking for a tasty loaf or desert. I’ll for sure go back in the near future.

Good pastries! Unfortunately, customer service is terrible and unsanitary.On Tuesday around 6 pm I went to purchase my favourite scone and a lady who served me was so rude. After this accident I don’t want to come back however it was such a good place.

The breads and pastries are so good. Lots of choices. I come here often and am very satisfied with everything I buy, except for the ham and cheese croissant I bought this week. The croissant was delicious but there was hardly no ham or cheese on it. Looked to be about half a slice of thin ham and not much cheese. I was surprised that there was so little ham and cheese. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming - and the baked goods are consistently delicious (esp. the cheese bread and sunflower flax loaf). Thank you!
