Best tacos in the city that I've had yet an explosion of flavour in every bite. It was so good I had to go up and order a second round of tacos I can't wait to go back.

I don’t need to eat tacos anywhere else. Ever. The best tacos I’ve ever had.And the fish taco….prepare to have a mouthgasm”.Staff was friendly and all around great experience.Thank you to the staff and chefs-creators of this delicious food.

Literally the best food we've ever had. We've been here twice now and both times we gone we've talked about it for days afterwards. We were so sad to learn that this pop-up is closing down though!

First time ordering. I just ordered on DoorDash worth about $35 for 2 items and here is the picture of my order. I even called them to check if they missed something, but the guy I talked to said that’s everything. The one on left is $13 (it’s like a doughnut) and $19 for the one on left (10oz beef with cheese and around 6 tortillas). Expensive and little serving. I love ordering from local restaurants as a support and to see what they offer and by this way, I learn which ones to go back and order again. Other restaurants have bigger servings. Disappointed.

We were originally going to eat at a competitor but were informed of a 45min wait, quickly looked for alternatives and was surprised to see Conmi had last minute reservations available. Not sure what happened but this place used to take effort to get a reservation. Went in at 7pm on a Friday and there was only one other table there. Went further downhill from there, from their extensive margarita flavoring list there was half that was unavailable. Chips and guac were good as usual but also came with crackers that might as well have been crustacean shell, hard and flavorless. Tacos were quite one dimensional in flavor, not terrible but also no where near the same quality we experienced in the past. Their strawberry matcha donut was the highlight of the meal. Service was great and attentive but then again the entire restaurant had two tables. Not sure what happened to this place but what used to be one of my top three taqueria's is no longer even going to be in consideration, but I guess based on how dead it was on a Friday night the rest of the city already got the same impression.

Seriously the best tacos I've ever had! If you live in Calgary or are visiting you CANNOT miss this place. The most flavorful thoughtful fillings and well thought out presentation. Also an amazing all you can eat option to try them all. My compliments to the chefs!!!

The Birria and Al Pastor tacos are absolutely delicious. The two person taco dinner for $50 is a great deal on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, you get 5 tacos person and it’s definitely filling. The Tocino and Shrimp were not my personal favourites, still had good a depth of flavour. The salsas you get on the side are so delicious, my favourite was the mango habanero. Would absolutely recommend this place - the vibe; the food; the service, all of it was top notch.

So....I would have given 3.5. The tacos are delicious. We tried honey garlic brisket, Birria, Al Pastor, Shrimp, and Korean fish. 12 tacos in total, the cost came to $84. The portions are a little on the small side for people who can eat, and the cost would equal to a lovely meal at a nice restaurant. It would have been nice if they offered any 10+ tacos at a discount. Cost/portion ratio aside, if you are really into tacos this place is worth checking out.

Went here with a group of 7. We were very excited. We ordered the dinner for 4 x2 plus 2 orders of the Queso Fundido and 7 of the honey Brisket Tacos. We ordered too much food. The appys were amazing. Absolutely loved the Queso and the Quac. By the time our Tacos arrived we were all stuffed which was really too bad because they looked amazing. I tried to have a couple bites with of each one the Al Pastor was my fave. I found the brisket a little tougher than I would have expected but the flavours were delicious. I would like to go back and just focus more on the Tacos. Overall great experience though.

This pop-up is central downtown Calgary, inside Meat & Bread - a daytime sandwich shop. The ambiance was lacking - too small, no vibe per se. The staff seemed inexperienced, not passionate or excited to welcome us. We went for the ceviche and tacos. The ceviche wasn't traditional, scallops and prawn with tomato, onions, cilantro and roasted peanuts on top. Overall, it was too salty and too citric - the balance of flavours wasn't quite there. For tacos, we went for Al Pastor which was a safe choice. Good hand pressed blue corn tortilla, tender pork, fresh pineapple salsa. Next up was the Birra which was tender and flavourful but lacked brightness. Last, was the fish taco - a mouthful of Korean-style sauces breaded fish on a duck fat flour tortilla... not my favourite. The tortilla was too doughy, and the flavours and textures just didn't mesh. Overall, I'd rate it a 5/10, and hope the owners and chefs can refine their menu and find their own location.

Firstly, I love the concept of popping up inside another restaurants space to do your own thing. That is wise, efficient and it should be done more often.Con mi taco serves up some pretty fabulous tacos!I had the mushroom with hibiscus, the eggplant and the beef. Everything gave me that warm fuzzy happy feeling inside. I’m always looking for that each time I try out another restaurant or return to one I love.My favorite? The beef and the mushroom. The floral aspect that the hibiscus brings to the mushrooms was just so unexpected and perfect. The beef, I was worried it might be some slow cooked beef flat roast which ends up being quite chewy and dry. Not at all! This beef with some thing that only a good fatty part of brisket or chuck can produce. The hot sauce provided alongside the tacos was also perfect didn’t burn me up and yet had just the right amount of zing to sparkle my senses.I’m coming back!

What an amazing find! Just out for a walk after a busy day of meetings, and I stumble upon a taco pop-up. Had to go in. I got the birria taco and the chips with guacamole. What an amazing meal. Tasty salsas too. Service was friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was energetic. A great Calgary experience.

I feel bad giving a somewhat poorer review. Their food is simply outstanding. But if I am going to pay over $100 for tacos and two drinks, maybe the server doesn't need to rush me through my meal and out the door. I will stick to their awesome platter to go.

Amazing tacos. Good food and atmosphere. Great service. One of the best taco places in calgary and I’m not even a taco person.
