I was at the Rundle Dairy Queen location today (on 36th street, not the one in the mall) and realized how much cheaper it is than this location. For some reason this Dairy Queen charges more for food. Completely unacceptable and I will be contacting Dairy Queen HQ about this because this doesn't seem proper. If you want Dairy Queen, go to the Rundle location. This place is more expensive for no reason at all. Owner must be greedy.

Went through the drive thru at 5:30 on Friday night. Was 20 minutes before we were finally through, only 1 vehicle ahead of us and no customers inside. Ordered a burger meal and 2 double burgers. When we got home, the fries container was less than half full. Looks like some of the staff was hungry, clearly looks like it was eaten out of. Its bad enough how expensive dairy queen has become, but I would expect to get at least a half decent portion of food. Very disappointing...

Ultra slow service at drive through..so is their debit service..internet connection at restaurant matches the employee,s speed sadly..been there more than once..same idea..food is OK..

It's one of the worst DQ locations. Firstly, their prices are higher than other dq locations. They are charging $2 HIGHER on all their blizzards and 5$ higher on their ice cream cakes. We have repeatedly paid to get extra toppings in our blizzards, and repeatedly, they have not added extra toppings. Several times, we have shared our concerns with the staff, and nothing changes. Will not be going back !!

This by far has to be the worst location in calgary. They are always very slow and have a very poor attitude. Today I went to get ice cream and had two coupons but because the app wasn’t working properly and would not pull up the manual code and they haven’t bought the scanner for the app they decided to throw the 4 blizzards away instead of honouring the coupons they could clearly see I had. They were very rude about it as and no help was offered to pull up the codes.

They need to upgrade their hamburger ? beef, what they're using now isn't any good. ( Edit, I didn't say my experience wasn't good, just said the meat that dairy queen uses for hamburgers isn't any good at all ).
