Went out to grab a good quick meal and was left in shock. Not only did they give us a chicken sandwich instead of the salad that was ordered but they gave me a fridge temperature burger and when I took it back they then made me a “new” one but upon further investigation found the bottom bun to be soggy as if it had been microwaved which was confirmed by the front clerk member and then when the new burger was brought out they then tried to tell me they microwave burgers before they come out because their heat lamps don’t work. That is not a safe nor okay to way to run a food service. So if you go make sure they don’t microwave your burger.

This is an awesome dairy queen, no complaints. Every time I go here I get either an oreo blizzard or an oreo hot cocoa blizzard and every time it is perfect and very well blended. I go here almost every time I go to the plaza it's located in and I'm very happy they opened a location in seton.5 starsDietary restrictions: Can accommodate to dietary restrictions.Parking: Not the most parking, it's ok.Kid-friendliness: Good to get a small treat for your kid(s).Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible.

A real disappointment. Skimpiest peanut butter parfait I’ve ever had. Only two layers of fudge and non on top. No peanuts throughout. Will be going to the one in auburn bay from now on

The lettuce in our chicken burgers was brown and limp - like it had been frozen at some point.
I have been avoiding this place because of the terrible reviews on here and on the local Facebook groups.I was craving ice cream and hadn't had lunch yet so figured I would give it a try. My daughter ordered a 4 piece chicken stip basket w/fries (the portion of fries was very generous) and I ordered a cheeseburger w/onion rings (again portion was satisfying). I also ordered a box of buster bars (haven't tried them yet). Not a single complaint about the food! The hot food was cooked fresh and was the traditional Dairy queen.I should add went through the drive thru and it took about 6-7 minutes for our order. Completely reasonable considering everything has to be made. The girl at the window was kind and made sure all items were packed up in the bag.I will certainly go back and hopefully I don't experience what others have.
